How can I cancel my subscription?

Canceling your subscription is easy! No need to contact us directly. Here’s how:

  1. View your Account page by visiting https://www.creativityscore.com/account/
  2. In the left sidebar, click Subscriptions
  3. Click View Subscriptions
  4. Click Cancel to cancel your subscription

You will not be billed again, and your subscription will end at the end of your subscription period or trial period. 

Does EQTest.net offer refunds after my trial ends?

Since we offer our service in full for a 7-day trial, we give customers the ability to evaluate our service and see if it fits their needs. We remind customers before they are billed to give them a chance to cancel their subscription if they choose. Because of these offerings, we are unable to offer refunds to customers who continue the service following the trial. Please see our refund policy for more details.
